At Andaman Aisle, we don’t follow the standard e-commerce playbook. Our work spans a wide and ever-evolving portfolio of custom furniture projects — from singular statement pieces to full loose furniture solutions. Alongside this, we offer a curated online catalog of timeless designs that blend beautifully with a variety of spaces and aesthetics. These are available for direct purchase through our Add to Cart feature where enabled.

How do I make a purchase?

There are two ways to place an order:

1. Add to Cart: For items listed in our online catalog, you can make a direct purchase through the Add to Cart option. These are ready-to-order, curated pieces and require 100 percent payment upfront.

2.Custom Projects: For anything beyond the catalog — whether it’s a redesign, material change, or a project from scratch — we’re just a message away. You can reach out via WhatsApp or call buttons on the site or directly at +91 89717 81677. We respond within minutes and help you get your dream project rolling. Once your scope is finalised, we share a quote and timeline. Custom work begins with a 50 percent advance payment.

What is your typical lead time and delivery process?

Production time is approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation. Once dispatched:

• Metro Cities: Delivery within 3–7 working days

• Non-Metro Areas: Delivery within 7–12 working days

We deliver across India with full transit insurance and professional-grade packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of confirming your order. After this window, production begins and cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

How do I return and/or exchange my order?

Since each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

What if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery?

We work with trusted third-party logistics partners. As per our contracts, any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please inspect your furniture immediately upon arrival. These are not small boxed goods — they are long-lasting pieces meant to remain with you for years, even generations. Early unpacking helps us support you better.

To report an issue, email hello@andamanaisle.com with your order details and clear photos or videos. Based on our review, we may arrange for:

• Local repair (if feasible)

• Replacement of damaged parts

• Full product replacement, if required

Please note that natural wood grain, color variations, or surface texture differences are not considered defects. Complaints raised after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

What are the possible customisations you offer?

Nearly everything is customisable at Andaman Aisle — from the smallest detail to full-scale transformations.

We offer:

• Tailored dimensions and finishes

• Upholstery fabric changes (where applicable)

• Modular combinations or layout tweaks

• Tabletops in travertine, marble, or other stone

• Entire pieces crafted entirely in marble on request

• All custom orders are final and non-returnable

• Lead times for customised pieces may be longer depending on complexity

Why don’t you sell everything online?

Because furniture is too expansive for a single format.

While we offer Add to Cart for some catalog products, most of our work exists far outside a transactional model. Loose furniture spans an extraordinary range of styles, materials, and requirements — and our clients often come to us with very specific needs.

Coming from a manufacturing-first background, we’re deeply equipped to take on challenging concepts, reverse-engineer pieces, and execute one-of-a-kind builds that many brands won’t attempt. And that process begins with trust, understanding, and dialogue — not a button.
